Past Group Offerings:

Join our 8-week virtual bereavement group for adults coping with the loss of a loved one.

Beginning Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM, this supportive grief group offers space to learn coping tools and connect with others navigating loss. Led by a compassionate and experienced grief professional, the group includes talk therapy, Alexander Technique, rituals, and relaxation exercises to support healing.
Groups generally meet on weekday evenings in Park Slope. The location will be emailed to group members once they sign up.

Fees:
Fee for the group is $65.00 a session. Payment can by made by PayPal, credit card or check.
